In an environment where soccer is run as a business, we are approaching youth soccer in a little different way. In most other countries around the world soccer is seen as a very affordable sport where you only need some cleats, shin guards and a ball. In line with this philosophy, Manchester Soccer Club decided that none of the coaches will be paid for their time. Our coaches coach for the love of the game and the kids who play.  Manchester SC Inc. is a fully volunteer-run Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation.

At Manchester Soccer Club we believe development of a complete player is not decided by a winning or a losing record, but rather by learning good technique with an understanding of all positions and therefore the entire game. We believe soccer is a vehicle for kids not only to have fun and stay fit, but to practice teamwork, sportsmanship, hard work, respect and leadership.  Through soccer, our kids will develop values that shape responsible citizenship for a lifetime.
